Codeine is an opioid analgesic and relieves pain. The paracetamol in Zapain (Gelonida) helps to reduce fevers and lowers your temperature.

• Used for treating: back, joint, muscle, nerve and period pain, headache, stomach ache and migraine.
• Effect: relieves pain, reduces fever and lowers temperature.
• When to use: usually used when pain is not relieved by paracetamol or ibuprofen alone.
