If you cannot take delivery personally, the delivery can be sent to a UPS Mail Box. You can find more information on the UPS website:

Not at home?
If you are not at home, a note will be left in your letterbox. If this is the case please call the courier to arrange another delivery . Alternatively the goods can be directly send to a neighbour, a company address or a subsidiary of UPS (as well as to a UPS Access Point).
