Information about your Prescription
You do not need to visit your GP for a prescription. We do recommend you to visit your GP for a correct diagnosis of your health and needs. At Medix24 a licensed physician will do an online review based on the information you give in your medical questionnaire at no extra charge. This questionnaire is to be filled in by you, once you have chosen a certain medication to order. Based on the provided information the physician decides to approve or disapprove the prescription of the medication. A new is necessary for each order.
Ordering by telephone
Ordering by telephone is possible as well, just call us at +44 – (0)870 – 8200 045 Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. Please understand that the first order cannot be done by phone. It is important that you personally complete the medical questionnaire for your initial order.
