Duac Gel combines two active ingredients to attain a better acne treatment. The two active ingredients are clindamycin, which is an antibiotic that stops the bacteria from reproducing and benzoyl peroxide, an ingredient that reduces black/whiteheads. This ingredient also kills the bacteria affecting acne.
