Competact

The active substance in Competact is metformin and pioglitazon. Competact is a product used by patients who suffer from diabetes type 2 who want to control their blood sugar level and where the usage of Metformin only is not sufficient. The product helps to lower both basal and postprandial plasma glucose.  Competact comes in tablets that are taken orally.

Do not take this product if you are allergic to metformin or pioglitazon.

• Used for treating: diabetes type 2 (non-insulin dependent diabetes).
• Tablets: Tables should be taken during or just after meals.
